We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cord Commander purchase. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the Cord Commander product, we’ll replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase.

If you just want to return your Cord Commander without speaking to our nice customer service representative, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send back all materials in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
2. You must pay for return shipping costs, please using a trackable method.

3. We cannot be responsible for items lost by the shipper.
