If you are in any way dissatisfied with the Cord Commander, we’ll replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase. Simply email us at info@CordCommander.com or call us at 888-893-0208 ext. 22 and tell us the problem, and we’ll take care of you.

If you just want to return your Cord Commander without speaking to our nice customer service people, please follow the returns instructions below:
1. Send back all materials in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
2. You must pay for return shipping costs, please using a trackable method.
3. We cannot be responsible for items lost by the shipper.
